What is a video brochure?
A video brochure is a printed card stock folder with an LCD screen built into the inside cover. Open it and your video plays on its own, with sound. Nobody has to click a link, find a USB port or download anything first. We print, assemble and load every unit here in Florida, and runs start at 25 pieces.
It sits somewhere between a printed brochure and a tablet. It mails flat. When someone walks off with one at a trade show, you have lost a printed piece, not an iPad. And the person holding it hears your pitch the same way every time they open the cover.

Brand guidance, loading your video and a one year warranty on the screen come with every order, and we match a written quote from another supplier. Graphic design costs extra, and shipping or direct mail is quoted on its own. The pricing page lists every quantity break, and our video brochure cost guide explains what moves the number. Brochure, book, folder or mailer?
All four use the same screens and the same electronics. The cover changes, and so does how the piece gets to people.
- Video brochure. A card stock cover, the lightest of the four and the easiest one to post.
- Video book. A hard cover, with room for extra printed pages. See video books.

Common questions
How much does a video brochure cost?
Between $31.40 and $84.72 per unit on our 2026 list. A 4.3 inch LCD in a run of 2,000 sits at the bottom of that range. A 10 inch IPS in a run of 25 sits at the top.
What is the minimum order?
25 units. The per unit price falls quickly above that, so it pays to ask for two or three quantity breaks when you quote.
Can I see one before I order?
Yes. Our sample packs cover 2.4 to 5 inch screens and 7 to 10 inch screens, so you can judge the weight, the print and the picture in your own hands.
Can you mail them to our list?
Yes. Send us the addresses and we handle the rest, from printing to tracking. Start on the video mailer page.
Can the video be changed later?
Yes. The USB cable that charges the unit also loads a new video file.

Choose a video brochure by screen size
Most orders start with the screen. The custom 10 inch screen gives your video the most room and works as a boardroom leave behind. The custom 7 inch screen is where most brands land, large enough to hold attention and still slim enough to mail. The custom 4.3 inch screen keeps unit cost down when volume matters more than scale. If you would rather build it yourself, the DIY range covers white, black and wood texture shells you finish with your own printed sleeve.
