How much does a video brochure cost?
A custom video brochure runs roughly $31 to $85 per unit. Where you land depends on screen size, whether you choose LCD or IPS, and how many you order. A 7 inch LCD video brochure at 250 units sits around $43 to $46 each, while the same screen at 2000 units drops to about $36. Video business cards start lower, from about $24.
How much does a video box cost?
Video boxes run from about $39 to $149 per unit. The low end is our slimmest 10.75 x 10.5 x 1.25 inch box with a 4.3 inch screen at 500 units; the high end is the 16.5 x 10.75 x 5 inch presentation box with a 10 inch screen at 25 units. Boxes are priced by footprint first and screen size second, so a smaller box with a bigger screen often beats the reverse.
Can you mail these out for us?
Yes. Send us your mailing list and we handle addressing, postage and drop-off, so the piece arrives on the desk you want it on rather than in a box at your office. Mailing is priced on your list size and destinations. Either way, bulk or mailed, shipping sits outside the per-unit prices on this page.
Do the prices include design and shipping?
No, and both are worth budgeting separately. Brand guidance comes at no cost, but artwork production is a paid extra. Shipping is quoted separately whichever way it goes: bulk freight is priced on weight and destination, direct mail on your list size. The per-unit prices on this page cover the piece itself.
How fast can I get them?
Video brochures, books, folders and business cards run 10 to 15 days from approved artwork. Video boxes are 8 to 10 weeks as standard because the box is built to order. We can move faster than that on boxes for an additional cost, so tell us your date and we will price it.
How much does a video business card cost?
Video business cards use a 2.8 inch screen. They start around $23.50 to $25.90 per unit at 2000 pieces and run about $39.60 to $43.80 at 25 pieces.
Are they cheaper in larger quantities?
Yes, substantially. Tooling and setup are fixed costs spread across the run. A 7 inch IPS video book costs about $63 each at 25 units and about $40 each at 2000 units, so the per-unit price falls by more than a third.
What is the difference between LCD and IPS pricing?
IPS screens carry a premium of roughly $3 to $8 per unit at the same size. You are paying for a 180 degree viewing angle and stronger colour, which matters when the piece gets passed around a table rather than viewed head on. At 7 and 10 inches we offer both, so you can compare them directly.

Video book pricing
The same screen module, bound into a hardcover with real printed pages. Video books price off the screen table below exactly as brochures do, so a 7 inch LCD book and a 7 inch LCD brochure cost the same per unit. What you are paying extra for is the binding, not the electronics.

Every order is designed and assembled in the USA, here in Florida. You get brand guidance, a one year warranty on the screen, price matching if you hold a written quote from someone else, and we load your video for you before anything ships. We are a Woman Owned Small Business. Artwork production is quoted separately from the unit price.
