A – A Video Business card is a mini-video book or “pocket video” that is close to the size of a business card. The video business card refers to 2.4 inch, 2.8 inch and 3 inch screen size inside the mini-folded book approximately 2.2”H x 4”W when closed. A – This is the same product as a video book, people refer to them also as a digital video album. You open the cover and there is a screen inside that plays video with sound. Q – What is a Video box?
A – Video Box is a custom-built box, full color printed with a LCD or IPS screen inside that plays videos, sound, and photos. The video boxes can be made with up to 9 buttons, most customers make video boxes with 1-3 control buttons. Movida Video Boxes stand for quality and is a brand patented product of FLSolutions.co. A – Yes, however we charge a small fee in a range of $30-80 depending on the product sample you are requesting. We will credit the amount of the sample investment back on your first order. 

 Q – Why do I need to pay for samples?
A – The samples we provide are high quality and have a tangible production cost for FL Solutions. At the time of your first order, we will credit the amount of the sample to the order, or you can return samples to be refunded after your team reviews them.

Q – Will I get a generic sample or a custom sample exactly how I want it?
A – You can receive a sample from another order we made for less cost ranging from $30-$85, Or if you would like a pre-production sample of your exact model, artwork, etc. It will range in price starting at $300+

A – Lithium Ion Polymer Battery, which comes fitted with a safety circuit to prevent damage due to overcharging.

 Q- How long does it take to fully recharge the Video books?
A – Based on Screen size/ model it could take 1-4 hours to fully re-charge. 2.4” and 3” screens take 30 minuets

Q- How do I charge the Video Books, Video Business cards, Video Brochures, and video boxes?
A – All of our products come with a Micro-USB port for you to re-charge the device, and can be sued to transfer video to device. The USB side will fit into any regular USB base or computer USB to charge.

Q – How long does each charge last?
A – We can custom build the units with batteries that last 8-10 hours. Before they will need to be re-charged. Our current Movida Video Books on the shop page (If continuous play when book is left open) the average battery lasts 2-3 hours. of straight play before it will need to be re-charged.

Q- How long is the shelf life of the Video Books / Video Brochures / Video Business cards?
A – The battery is not in-use while it is closed, therefore it has a shelf life from 3-6 months before it needs to be re-charged, based on model.

Q – How many times can the battery be recharged?
A – Endless, however covered under factory parts guarantee is 500x or 8 months.

Q- Are there any Movida Video Books, Video Folders, video business cards or video boxes with replaceable batteries?
A – Not currently, the batteries are built into the unit and cannot be replaced

Q – How much battery life will my Video Book have at delivery?
A – Each unit comes fully charged

Q- Is the cord provided exclusively for the video book?
A – Yes this cord is made specifically for this product. The unit can be charged by plugging cord into the computer’s USB port, or plugging it into a USB base that plugs into the wall. Each video book comes with a charger (which is the same cord as your transfer cable) a wall base is not included. Each video book can be charged directly from computer.

Q – How much memory storage does my Video Book have?
A – Each unit ranges on our online store with memory, however when you custom build a production order you can specify the amount of storage needed. Example: 128MB (5-15 min. of video), 256MB (15-30 min. of video) 500MB, (30-45 min. of video) 1G, (1+ hrs of video) 2G, (2+ hrs of video) 4G, (4+ hrs of video) 8G, (8+ hrs of video) 16G (16+ hrs of video)

Q – Will the video work if the Video Book is kept closed for a long time?
A – The average battery lasts 2-3 hours if your video book is left open. With the purchase of a stronger battery, the average play time is 8-10 hours of continuous play. Battery is not in use when book is closed, therefore having a shelf life of 3-6 months based on model.

Q – Could the Movida Video Book be hooked up to a larger screen/monitor?
A – No, this is used to be shown on the devise only.

 Q – Is the provided micro-USB cable exclusive for my VB?
A – It is not exclusive; the USB cable can be used on all USB video books. 

Q – Can I connect my VB to the internet?
A – This is a feature; however it does raise the price per unit.

Q – Does it use Wifi or Data?
A – The benefit of these video books is you do not need wifi, they will run without wifi, so you do not need to worry about wifi interruption. Video will automatically play.

Q- Does my VB have wireless bluetooth or head-phone capability?
A – Headphone capability can be programmed into your custom-made video book at an additional cost.

Q – What size video books can you produce?
A – We can produce any size you like; the limits are to your imagination. We can produce sizes from your standard business card size 2”x 4”, and assorted sizes such as 5”x 7”, 6”x 8”, 8”x8”, 10”x13” and many more to choose from.

 Q – How many control buttons can be added to the product?
A – The average amount of control buttons is 3, however you can have up to 15 control buttons with distinct functions at additional cost for quantity of buttons higher then 3.

Q – What Video format does my VB use?
A – .MP4 is the best video format to use, .JPG is the best for images, .MP3 is best for music files

Q – How long can the video be?
A – Each unit ranges on our online store with memory= how long video can be, however when you custom build a production order you can specify the amount of storage needed. Q- How many videos can play on my Video Book?
A – You can play multiple videos based on the amount of memory on your video book. When you upload the videos, you must name them: 01,02,03,04… in the order you want them to play. 

Q – Am I able to change out the video once it is uploaded on my Video Book product?
A – Yes you can change the video by simply plugging the USB into your computer.

Step 1 = Delete video you do not want by moving to the trash (must empty trash for space to be available on the device)

Step 2 = Copy/paste new video onto the “untitled” drive that will show up on your computer. File must be .MP4 for best playing results. It will show up on your computer the same way a Thumb drive/ USB drive will show up.

Step 3 = unplug your device from computer and your new video will be playing

Q – What is the resolution of the screen?
A – It is Based on screen size, but can go up to 1920 x 1080. IPS 7 inch screen and IPS 10 inch screen are both 1024 x 600 pixels (1080p).

Q – What is the difference between your screens and what is in the marketplace?
A – Our LCD screens are 25% brighter than any other video screen products from competitors.

Our IPS screens are the highest quality on the market with the most affordable pricing.

Q – Do you offer touch screen technology for your products?
A – Yes, we have touch screen options for screen sizes above 4.3” at additional cost.

Q – What is the difference between an IPS and LCD Screen?
A – The IPS Screen can be turned to the side and still have vibrant color and see the image at a 180-degree viewing area. The LCD screen is the clearest when viewed straight facing, the color does not shift until you reach over 60 degrees at any angle. LCD screens are used most for marketing because cost is less then IPS. IPS screens are used mostly with higher-end clients or our keepsake Legacy Video Books: Legacy Video Books website.

Q – Can I upload content from my smartphone? Tablet?
A – The least cost models use a USB to upload video to device. For higher cost wifi can be installed in each unit to allow for transferring from mobile devices.

Q – Can I upload movies for my own viewing?
A – Yes as long as they are .MP4 format and the memory on your video book is large enough to hold file.

Q – Can I have more than one folder for Images? Or Videos, or Music?
A – There is only one folder for each based on the menu system you have in your video book.

Q – Will the transferring of files work with Windows and IOS?
A – Yes it will work with both.

Q – How do I create consecutive files to play in the order I desire?
A – Name the files “001, 002, 003, 004…” The videos or photos will play in the order named.

Q – How do I resize my images? Do I need a special application for that?
A – You can use Photoshop, or other apps – google search “Programs to re-size your photos”.

Q – Is it safe to remove/trash the factory files in my Movida Video Book folders?
A – Yes

Q – What do I do if I unplug the micro-USB cable before I remove/eject the “untitled” drive?
A – Everything will work fine, just preferred to eject the “untitled” drive before unplugging it from computer, just like a USB drive.

Q – Will my images display if I drop them in the video or music folders?
A – No, All media must be placed in the correct folder and be the correct file type to play on the Device. Example: Photos = .JPG, Video = .MP4, Music = .MP3

Q – Is it illegal to use copyrighted material for my video?
A – The Media on your video book is your responsibility. If you are not sure contact your legal counsel.

Q – Is there a smaller product size for the 3” screen?
A – Yes a 2.4 inch screen, however this screen size does not allow to change video unless our team specifically formats it first. The 3 inch screen gives the flexibility to change video as your wish.

Q – Can screens be 2.4, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 inches only? Could they be customized for unusual sizes?
A – The sizes listed above are the screen sizes available, however we can make the die-cut shape of the frame around it specific shape to meet your needs.

Q – Can the size of the overall brochure or hard cover book be any size?
A – Yes, We build from various paper materials and we cut to any specific size or shape within reason.

Q- Are there any other materials offered besides leatherette, hardcover, and cardstock?
A – Yes, we offer a variety of materials, even wood and plastics. Please specify a desired material and we can let you know at the time of quote if available.

Q – Can I pick the color of the stitching on the leatherette?
A – Yes

Q – Can you emboss on the leatherette?
A – Yes, with orders of Qty 50 or higher.

Q – Do you provide other colors besides black and white?
A – Yes we match all Pantone colors, everything is customizable.

Q – Is there other shapes for the Video brochures besides rectangular?
A – Yes we can build specific shapes. Talk to your FL Solutions Sales rep and provide the shape desired to quote from. Must have a quantity of 50 or more for custom shapes.

Q – Are clear windows customizable? Could they be any shape or size?

Q – Is there a limited number of customizable buttons?
A – We can provide up to 9 menu buttons, however if you need more please speak to your FL Solutions Representative.

Q- Do you design artwork for covers or does it have to be provided by me?
A – Our team of graphic design and brand experts can design all artwork for additional fee.

We can provide template to your team to design, completely your choice.

Q- Are there any templates I can download to design the artwork myself?
A – Yes all templates needed are in the “Shop” Menu, once you select product, there is a red button “Template” this will allow you to download the PDF template.

Q – If I print my company logo on the Video Book (Video Brochure, Video Box or Video Business Card) can the Movida logo be removed?
A – Yes our logo can be removed, but our “patented info… by FLSolutions.co” will remain in small print by the charger since we are legally required to print on each product.

Q- How long can my video be?
