What you receive in a sample order
Order a single physical sample of any FL Solutions video book or video brochure in the 7- or 10-inch screen format. Specify the screen size and cover type (hard cover or card stock) in the order notes at checkout and we’ll ship the matching sample. The sample arrives with our default cover artwork — useful for evaluating build quality, screen brightness, speaker volume, battery life, and the closure mechanism in person before you commit to a bulk order.
Sample-to-bulk credit
The full sample cost is credited toward your final invoice when you place your bulk order with FL Solutions, or refunded in full if you return the sample. Only the shipping cost is non-refundable. Most clients use samples to confirm material feel and screen quality with internal stakeholders before approving a campaign budget.
What’s not customized on a sample
Samples ship with the FL Solutions default brand printed on the cover so we can ship same-day from inventory. When you order in bulk we replace the cover artwork with your custom branding, swap in your video, and quality-check every unit before shipping.
